Microsoft, in total, has released three service packs for MS Office 2003. Office 2003 is the last version of Microsoft Office to include customizable toolbars. Access 2003 has introduced a backup command. Excel 2003 has introduced commands and some statistical functions. Outlook 2003 has lots of improvements in this version which includes better calendar and email sharing, colored flags, Unicode support, and Cached Exchange mode. One includes the core applications adding Publisher and Business Contact Manager. There are two Professional versions of Office 2003.
