Geography Īccording to the United States Census Bureau, the township has a total area of 92.1 square miles (238.6 km 2), of which 91.8 square miles (237.9 km 2) is land and 0.3 square mile (0.8 km 2) (0.31%) is water. The Compass Inn was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 1995.
